Treblec flour is the preferred flour used in creperie in France which is made of blackwheat or buckwheat. The other flours we import are low gluten index flour used specifically for French bread and range from 1kg sizes up to 25kg.

Ebly is a great alternative to rice and pasta. Being a whole wheat grain which is steam cooked and dried again it is very convenient as it cooks quickly. It offers a great source of natural protein, fibres, vitamins and minerals. We import Ebly in a 500g packet.
